What this property is
Corpmetrix® Research & Insights publishes research, benchmarks and practical intelligence on employee engagement, employee listening and workforce experience across the Middle East and Africa. It is a genuine Corpmetrix® property — not an independent brand and not a commercial clone of corpmetrix.com.
corpmetrix.com is where organizations evaluate and deploy Corpmetrix® solutions. corpmetrix.net is where they can learn how Corpmetrix interprets listening evidence: methodology, regional insight, frameworks and trend reading.
Research philosophy
We do not reduce employee engagement to one score. We read experience through LEVEL (where are we now?), DIRECTION (are we improving or deteriorating?) and PATTERN (where does experience repeatedly strengthen or weaken?).
Where are we now?
Are we improving or deteriorating?
Where does employee experience repeatedly strengthen or weaken?
Published analysis is aggregated and anonymized. We emphasize longitudinal trends, organizational context, participation quality, employee voice, manager variation and actionable interpretation. We state limitations plainly.
What we study
- Employee engagement and employee experience
- Employee listening systems and survey design
- Employee voice and closing the loop
- Manager effectiveness
- Survey participation, confidentiality and anonymity
- Workload, stress, recognition, development, tools and cooperation
- Benchmarking and longitudinal measurement
- Survey-to-action maturity
- Regional workforce experience across the Middle East and priority African markets (Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, South Africa), with Egypt as programme-depth reference on the continent
Evidence base
Our perspective is informed by enterprise employee-listening programmes across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider Middle East — and by research guidance for African priority markets including Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania and South Africa. Corpmetrix programmes span 11 years, with 100K+ employees surveyed and 20M+ questions answered. We do not claim local offices in every market we publish research for.
Long-running and recurring programmes provide the longitudinal texture behind published interpretation. Approved enterprise context includes QNB Egypt (approximately five years; 25,000+ cumulative survey participations), EBank Egypt (approximately six years; ~15,000 cumulative), Housing & Development Bank / HDB Egypt (approximately five years; ~15,000 cumulative), Kafaat in Saudi Arabia (15,000+ cumulative recurring), Saudi EXIM Bank (approximately four years), and wider experience including Attijariwafa Bank Egypt, Inertia, ACT, Aspire and SADAFCo.
Frameworks we use
PEACE® — Purpose, Empowerment, Achievement, Culture, Evolvement — structures how we locate employee experience for measurement and interpretation.
Clarity of contribution and organisational meaning.
Agency, autonomy and the ability to act.
Progress, recognition and delivery.
Respect, trust and how people work together.
Growth, learning and future capability.
Employee voice is treated as a cycle: Ask → Interpret → Own → Act → Close the loop. Action maturity follows: Measure → Interpret → Prioritize → Own → Act → Follow up → Measure again.
Methodology principles
- Aggregated, anonymized evidence
- Longitudinal analysis and direction over vanity snapshots
- Segmentation with anonymity thresholds (at least three responses where applicable as Corpmetrix practice)
- Responsible benchmarking — external context, internal and longitudinal priority
- Practical interpretation for HR and executive decision-making
- Honest limitations — programme patterns are not universal scientific laws
Corpmetrix® is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified (certificate EG26/025/27, Axios for Conformity Assessment) for information security management of the employee-engagement survey platform.
